Main Characteristics:

• Grill Surface - The Delta has a round iron grill surface that produce an even distribution of heat. The grilling surface dimensions are 10.5 by 16.5”.
• Fire Box – The Delta has a fire box to easily burn coal or firewood. As the coals fall through the bottom of the box, you can distribute as you wish throughout the base of the grill. You can also add a grill plate (included) on top of the fire box to use to cook fillets, vegetables, cheese, etc…It also works great with a Wok.
• Lid - the Delta also has a lid that is ideal for making pizza on the grill or for windy days.
• Storage - There is also a drawer to keep the shovel, Poker or whatever else you need to store.
• Refractory Bricks - The base and sides of the Delta are composed of refractory bricks which greatly improve the Grills’ durability as well as contributing to better performance as they evenly distribute the heat.
• Mobility - The Delta comes mounted on a cart with wheels so as to be able to move it to the location of your choice. At the base of the cart there is a wooden rack to store the items such as bags of lump charcoal or wood.

• Cover - The Delta comes with a durable cover to protect it from the Sun and rain.
• Poker – The Delta comes with a POKER that is used to distribute the coals about the base of the grill.
• Shovel – The Delta comes with a shovel that can be used to transfer coals or for cleanup.
• Grill Plate – The Delta comes with a Grill plate that is usually used on top of the fire box for flat surface grilling.
